Work Process
A clear and transparent workflow. Each stage is approved through calls or video presentations.
We discuss project details and scope via a call or by filling out the brief.
Based on the details and brief, I prepare a proposal with several pricing options.
We sign a service contract and an attachment with a detailed scope of work. After this stage comes a 50% prepayment.

I prepare the foundation for the design project, which will guide the next stages.
Development of the design concept. After this stage comes a 25% payment.
Design of the remaining assets (for websites — design and layout of all blocks, for branding — brand book and assets).
Final presentation of the project. After this stage comes the remaining 25% payment and the transfer of all materials to you.

Sofi Shafeeva!
I’ve been working in design for over 5 years, and for the past 3 years I’ve been growing in brand design. I love creating unique and memorable visual concepts that help businesses express their essence.
In my free time, I enjoy exploring new places and finding inspiration in nature, architecture, and art. I’m into photography, drawing, making collages, and also dancing.
I also run a blog where I share my design experience and the lifestyle of a digital nomad (by the way, right now I’m in Bali).
